Boris;s mommy is the author of this blog. She is 28 years old, married and from New England. She has two dogs, a parrot, and a fishtank with a couple odd fish. She drives a 98 Passat named Pixie. She thinks she’s fierce with her V6 and tiptronic shifting. She enjoys lots of things like writing poetry, painting in watercolor, horseback riding, cooking (especially French or Asian) and listening to music. She is obsessed with the color purple. She graduated high school with top honors (top 20) and has 102 credits toward a BS in chemistry. For now thats on hold till she can straighten out her student loan mess and find some money. Unless someone wants to pay for it for her.
She got her first dog, Cherokee as her 17th birthday present from four of her best friends. She always wanted a dog, and after getting Cherokee (formerly known as Mike) she quickly learned about the best part of owning a dog, the training. Fortunately for her she found a wonderful lady named Brenda Buja to help her and Cherokee learn to become a team and survive living as a housepet. With clicker training and lots of love Cherokee learned to behave and is the idea of a perfect pet: he loves kids, doesn’t mind being bumped, pulled, squished or stepped on, he knows lots of commands, and even a few tricks. After adopting her second dog she looked forward to teaching a puppy from scratch, although she is finding it a bit harder than she thought. But in the end she hopes it will be worth it.
